EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with the fit and comfort of the clothing you purchase from Design Joanne Martin. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the shipping date to return your regular orders for a purchase credit.
Please note that no refunds will be authorized on sale merchandise, a credit note or exchange will be applied.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
An email should be sent to info@designjoannemartin.com or call him 1-866-772-8884 to request a return authorization, explaining the reasons for the return and providing a telephone number so that Design Joanne Martin can contact you. In the subject line, please write " Return Authorization – Order Number xxxxx A Design Joanne Martin Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Design Joanne Martin will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be written on the original invoice you received. This invoice must be included with the returned item(s).
Return Canada : Once you have received your NAR, include a copy inside the box with the items to be returned and send to the address below:
USA Returns : All returns must be processed by UPS. Attach a copy of your original invoice received by email and your NAR confirmation to the outside of the box and send to the address below:

We do not accept only one return per order; therefore we recommend that you carefully examine all items received to ensure that they satisfy you before returning any items from your order.
You are fully responsible for the loss of returned items until Design Joanne Martin receives them. When applicable, your payment will be refunded to your account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the returned items. If the item is returned without all necessary documentation, this may cause delays in processing your return and refund. Your return and refund request may be denied if a return authorization number has not been provided.

TO RETURN AN ITEM, CERTAIN POINTS MUST BE RESPECTED
At Design Joanne Martin we accept return/exchange requests on any new merchandise, who has not not been worn, nor washed, accompanied in its original packaging . The item(s) to be exchanged must be returned with the Return slip indicating the reason for the return to Design Joanne Martin.
Personalized items with embroidery and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange and refund do not apply to normal wear and tear of the models or to external damage, or to defects in use or maintenance.
If the procedure set out above and the time limits indicated are not respected, the buyer will not be able to make any claim for lack of conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, the products then being deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
INCOMPLETE RETURNS/MISSING LABELS
When returned items do not have their original tags, Design Joanne Martin will deduct $10 from the amount to be refunded or credited, or add a $10 fee to the price of the exchanged product, to cover the cost of repackaging.
LOST PACKAGES
If the product is lost by the carrier during shipment, the buyer will be solely responsible and Design Joanne Martin will not be able to reimburse you. Design Joanne Martin does not accept packages sent postage due. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
DEFECT IN CONFORMITY
If the customer requests an exchange, they will receive it at no additional cost. If the exchange is for an item of a higher value, the remaining payment must be made before the item is sent.
On the other hand, if the return is not accepted by Customer Service, the buyer will not be able to exercise their right of return and must therefore keep their product without the possibility of being reimbursed or receiving a credit note. If the return is refused by Customer Service and the buyer returns it, they will not be able to receive a refund. If the buyer wishes to enjoy their unduly returned product again, they must make a request by email or by mail to Design Joanne Martin, who will then send the product as soon as possible. The return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility and payable in advance by credit card.
