Orders

Designjoannemartin.com reserves ownership of the items until full payment of the order, i.e. receipt of the order price by designjoannemartin.com.

Designjoannemartin.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or who, in its view, presents any form of risk.

Designjoannemartin.com undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only while stocks last. If one or more items are unavailable, designjoannemartin.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, to reimburse them no later than 7 days after payment.

Sales

Our sales are only valid for orders placed online while stocks last. Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged (in the form of another item or a credit note) within 7 business days of receiving the goods. This option is not available in the event of a cancellation.

Prices and taxes

Design Joanne Martin ensures that this site is kept up to date to reflect the prices and services in effect throughout the Design Joanne Martin network of stores. However, prices are subject to change without notice. The official invoice amount will be sent to you upon confirmation of your order. Please note that product prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. However, taxes are included in your order total, which is displayed at all times on the right side of your screen while you are placing your order.

Availability

Design Joanne Martin displays the products actually available for order on its website. Some products may no longer be available at the time of delivery. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you using the contact information in your customer profile. You will then be able to modify or cancel your order.

Gift cards

Gift cards are final sales and are therefore non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued by a new gift card, in-store only. Gift cards sold on our website can only be used in-store.

Likewise, Design Joanne Martin offers Internet users a free service called "Newsletter". This newsletter is primarily for informational purposes.
